Is there a more iconic place to elope than Las Vegas? I’m not sure there is! Hence why we decided to move our home on wheels here every November-May. During those months we can help you plan and document your elopement, whatever that may look like for you two!

Why Elope?

The answer to this question is very personal. We eloped because we didn’t want to splurge (drop 5 figures) on a crazy wedding celebration. We also both work in the wedding industry so we see, week in and week out, how weddings are more about everyone that isn’t the two people getting married. When it comes to elopements they always just feel more magical and more intimate. Getting back to the roots of what a marriage is supposed to be about. The two people getting married!

What this looks like could be an elopement on the Las Vegas strip. It could be an elopement in Red Rocks or Valley of Fire. It could be a wild and crazy night or epic sunset portraits in the desert. Whatever it is though, you’re here because you still value photographs when it comes to your elopement. To capture those memories, whatever they may look like, and to have the photos you can cherish 20 years from now when you’re sharing your elopement story!

About the Lands

How did we get here?

In 2020 we had taken our camper at the time and headed west for elopements. You know, back when you couldn’t hang out in groups larger than 10. During that year we realized how much we loved being on the road and documenting such magical elopement weddings for couples. So we kind of already knew we wanted to transition to a more nomadic life from that point forward.

A few years later, after our own wedding in early 2023 we lost our puppy of 13 years pretty quickly and it hammered home that life is too short and we needed to live the life we want to live. So in a matter of months we sold our home, bought a 30′ winnebago (that we now live in), and began making plans to head Las Vegas and then everywhere else west of the rockies to photograph elopement weddings for those couples looking for something a little bit different.
